The kids were awesome, we did lots of fun activities. We had plenty of baby-love time, and watched Lawson and Collin smile at each other, wiggle next to each other, etc. Dave and Kris took the older kids on the boat, I had a breastfeeding buddy for the weekend:) I am so happy that we took lots of pictures (for those of you with the link, check out my May album) and I hope the Peterson's had as much fun as we did!

Monday took us to Madison to purchase a playset we found on Craigslist:) Not the traditional holiday festivities, but we were excited to find such a good deal AND it allowed us to see some more of our bestest friends!! Long story, Dave had to get a trailer, take the set home, bring back the trailer....the kids and I stayed with my other college roommate, her hubby and their daughter. I had hoped it would be nice out so they could run around in the yard, but we had to stay indoors. We had a great time catching up and watching the girls dance:)

Collin and I drove to pick up Kate from preschool today and it was the first trip where he was awake for the whole thing and didn't cry! (he either is sleeping or fussing) He even smiled...at his mirror, the window, his toys, I don't know, but I caught it in the mirror:) Fun. was on the radio and apparently both my children like them. It was a great afternoon with kids, nothing special, just easy, no meltdowns, accidents or fussiness. I was thinking how these days are difficult at times but very. very. fun.
